SE7EN BI is an internal business-intelligence tool operated by SE7EN Game Studio for its staff and partners. This policy explains what data SE7EN BI receives when you sign in with Google and how it is used.
Data we receive from Google
- Your name, email address and profile picture (scopes
openid,email,profile).
We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data when you sign in.
How we use it
- To identify you and match you to the account an administrator created for you.
- To show your name and picture inside the app and record who performed an action (audit log).
We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Account data is stored on SE7EN Game Studio servers for as long as your account is active. An administrator can remove your account at any time, which deletes your profile data; audit-log entries may be kept for internal record-keeping.
Your choices
You can revoke SE7EN BI's access at any time from your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps with account access). To have your data deleted, contact the SE7EN BI administrator at your organisation.
Google API Services User Data Policy
SE7EN BI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
